Sales and corporate materials: presentations, proposals and catalogues that look like one company
A presentation from 2019, a proposal in Word and a catalogue in different colours from the website. That is what the set of materials looks like in many companies. We design sales and corporate materials that look like one company and that salespeople want to use, because they make the conversation easier.
Which materials do we design?
A customer judges the company by its materials before judging the offer. Inconsistent materials lower the value of a good offer.
Sales materials are everything a salesperson shows or sends to a customer during a conversation. Corporate materials are what the company shows about itself: at trade shows, in recruitment, in contacts with partners. We design both in one style:
- presentations of the company, products and offers, in a meeting version and a version to send,
- proposals and proposal templates that a salesperson fills in rather than builds from scratch,
- catalogues and brochures, printed and digital,
- product sheets and technical data sheets,
- corporate materials: folders, business cards, stationery, internal documents.
How are the materials created?
- We find out what salespeople need. We talk to the sales team about what they show today, what they are missing and which customer questions they want to settle with a material.
- We design a system, not a single file. First come the layout, typography and rules from which all materials follow. That makes the next ones consistent and faster.
- We write and design. We base the content on the company's message and arguments, and the design on its visual identity. Every piece gets a ready-to-use version.
- We hand over templates. The team gets editable templates and short instructions, so they can create further versions without sending everything back to a designer.
What do you get?
- a complete set of sales and corporate materials in one style,
- editable templates for presentations, proposals and documents,
- versions to show, to send and to print,
- one place with the current files.
When is it worth refreshing the materials?
- when the materials date from different years and do not look like one company,
- when salespeople make their own presentations because the official ones "aren't usable",
- when the company has changed its offer, visual identity or message,
- before a trade show, a new season or entering a new market.
Frequently asked questions
Do you design to our brand book?
Yes. If the company has written guidelines, we work within them. If not, we tidy up the basic rules along the way so that future materials are consistent.
Will we get editable files?
Yes. You get presentations and proposals as editable templates in the tools your team uses, together with the design source files.
Do you prepare language versions?
Yes. For foreign markets we prepare materials in the languages of those markets, keeping the layout and quality of the original.
