Trade show and event materials: stand, roll-ups, catalogues and presentations in one style
A trade show is a few days a company works towards for months, and one of the few places where the customer sees the brand as a whole: the stand, the people, the materials. We prepare companies for trade shows and events on the communication and materials side, so that the brand looks consistent offline too.
What do trade show materials include?
At a trade show the customer has two seconds to decide whether to come over. The stand has to say who you are before anyone speaks.
Trade show materials are everything the customer sees at the stand and takes away, plus what salespeople use in their conversations. We design them as a whole, with one message tailored to the event:
- stand graphics: walls, counters, floors, spatial elements,
- roll-ups and banners for the stand and conference rooms,
- leaflets, catalogues and product sheets to take away,
- presentations and materials for salespeople for conversations at the stand,
- digital materials: invitations, posts, screen graphics, QR codes linking to the offer.
How do we prepare a company for a trade show?
- We define the goal of the event. New customers, a specific product, a foreign market or relationships with current partners. The message and the choice of materials depend on the goal.
- We design the stand and the materials. The stand graphics and all materials come from one design, so the customer sees one brand from every angle.
- We prepare the salespeople. Presentations, arguments and takeaway materials, plus language versions for trade shows abroad.
- We supervise production and installation. We prepare print and production files, agree proofs and check that the finished elements look like the design.
What do you get?
- the design of the stand and all graphic elements,
- takeaway materials and materials for sales conversations,
- production files and supervision of execution,
- digital materials before and after the event.
When should preparations start?
- at least two months before the trade show, earlier for a larger stand,
- when the company is going to a trade show abroad and needs materials in other languages,
- when the stand from previous years no longer fits the current brand,
- when the trade show is meant to promote a new product or a new offer.
Frequently asked questions
Do you also design the stand as a structure?
We design the graphics and the communication layout of the stand and work with the stand builder. For smaller stands we help choose ready-made systems.
Do you help with trade shows abroad?
Yes. We prepare materials in the languages of the markets, adapt the arguments to local customers and, if needed, are there in person.
What happens after the trade show?
We prepare follow-up materials: thank-you notes, proposals, social media content. A trade show only ends once that communication is done.
